Mr.
Condra has over 30 years of successful experience in the
food service industry. This experience spans from single
outlet QSR to hotel food and beverage operations. As a
food service specialist, Mr. Condra operated the Shrimper
Seafood restaurants; Sonny’s Real Pit BBQ restaurants;
Bennett’s Pit BBQ restaurants; Bennett’s Pit
BBQ Smokehouse & Saloons; Joe’s Crab Shack;
and, food and catering operations at the Holiday Inn Select,
Greenville, South Carolina.
Mr. Condra is responsible for the profitable operations
of the company’s food service facilities and restaurants;
establishing and implementing operating policies, quality
standards, and financial controls; as well as training
and development of all food service team members.
Mr. Condra is a graduate from the University of South
Carolina with a degree in Business Administration, with
a double major in Management and Finance. |
