Mr.
Desai has over 20 years experience in the hotel industry.
He is responsible for the human resources and purchasing
functions for Pinnacle Hospitality, which includes the
establishment of policies, procedures, and company benefits;
and all purchasing and price negotiations.
Mr. Desai is a specialist in FF&E purchasing. He very
successfully completed the FF&E purchasing, on time
and within budget, for the 125 room Hilton garden Inn,
Destination Pointe Conference Center and Sohna 115 specialty
restaurant in Anderson, SC. Pinnacle Hospitality will
continue to provide this FF&Et service for a fee to
other developers.
Mr. Desai served as General Manager for Pinnacle Hospitality’s
Days Inn and Microtel Inn, Duncan, SC, until he was promoted
to the position of Director of Administration. His hotel
operation experience serves him extremely well in understanding
the needs and delivery schedules required by our hotels.
Mr. Desai has an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Inona
College. Mr. Desai is a past director of the Hospitality
Association of South Carolina and is actively associated
with AAHOA. Mr. Desai is also a graduate of the Chamber
Leadership Schools of Spartanburg and Greer, South Carolina. |
