Hospitality was established in 1999, by CV
(Sam) & Geeta
Shanbhag, Suresh
Mathur, and key members of the Pinnacle Group family.
We are headquartered in Roebuck, SC and manage a variety of
hotels, restaurants and a conference center in the south eastern
United States. We are a division of the Pinnacle
Group of Companies founded by CV (Sam) Shanbhag in
1976. Since its launch, Suresh Mathur has been instrumental
in focusing Pinnacle Hospitality’s expansion through the
acquisition of new franchises with Intercontinental Hotels Group;
Hilton Hotels Corporation, Cendant Corporation and US Franchise
Systems; servicing management contracts; and development of
restaurants and a conference center. Future development plans
include hotels under the Marriott and Sheraton flags as well
as franchising of the company’s restaurant brand, “Chandi’s
Bistro”.
