Mr. Simmons is involved in the development, renovation and management of office and commercial buildings; industrial facilities; shopping centers; and hotels. Mr. Simmons’ 20 years of commercial real estate experience includes real estate development, leasing, finance, asset management, and construction. Prior to joining Pinnacle Hospitality in 2002, Mr. Simmons was Vice President of Asset Management for Grubb & Ellis/the Furman Co.

Mr. Simmons is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in Business Administration.
